I just heard the first part of a really compelling interview. Robert Fisk is the Mideast Correspondent for the London Independent newspaper, and has lived in Beiruit for around 30 years. I heard a different interview with him last week and to me it's amazing that with all this madness going on in Lebanon such an articulate and knowledgable person is not being more widely quoted or interviewed.

It's pretty clear in this latest interview that he's totally exasperated with what is happening, and his bluntness, I think, lends a real power to what he says. Here's the link to the transcript, and I think you can get to the audio file from there if you want to listen.
